Company Information

You don't need to pay full retail for factory-backed protection. Our internet sales model offers Ford Extended Service Plans (Ford ESP) at highly discounted pricing. This is the same plan that your local dealership may have offered you at a much higher price. These are real Ford Factory Extended Service Plans and are honored at all Ford, Lincoln and Mercury dealerships in the United States, Canada and Mexico.

All Ford, Lincoln and Mercury vehicles and many competitive makes are eligible to receive a Ford Extended Service Plan if they are within the original manufacturer's warranty. Ford Certified Vehicles with less then 80,000 miles are also eligible for Ford ESP protection.  Vehicles that are outside of the original factory warranty may also be eligible for a Ford Extended Service Plan (note:  a Used Vehicle Inspection is required).

"Stick with the Specialists"

Whether you need a Ford extended warranty, a Lincoln extended warranty or a Mercury extended warranty, the people at Ford ESP headquarters are experienced automotive professionals who specialize in the automobile business. Not only do they know "cars", "trucks" and the automotive business, they are also experts at automotive maintenance and repairs. So they know what to expect in the area of service and maintenance as a vehicle gets older and gains in mileage over the years.

The result is that Ford Extended Service Plans are created based on real-world experience that reflects the real-world needs of our customers and the cars, trucks and SUVs they drive.

That's why we say Ford ESP is designed, "For the way you drive".

Certified Ford Technicians and Genuine Ford Parts

Did you know that most aftermarket warranty companies will not pay for a genuine Ford replacement part, unless the genuine part is the least expensive available? Did you know that in many cases aftermarket warranty companies insist on the use of used parts? Did you know that aftermarket warranty companies may not pay the repair facility's posted hourly rate, which means that you'll be expected to make up the difference? Aftermarket warranty companies have just one reason to be in business and that is to make money. The less money that they pay out in claims, the more money they make. Ford offers extended warranties to keep their customers happy. A happy customer is a loyal customer and a loyal customer will buy another Ford, Lincoln or Mercury.
