What Is Factory Plan's Price Matching Policy?
We will match prices for identical Ford|Lincoln Protect Extended Service Plans (ESP) and Premium Maintenance Plans at the time of purchase. The plans must include the same identical options and coverage and no price adjustments will be made after the sale.
Identical plans available at a later date decreased price will not be matched. Additional Promo Codes will not be honored when matching the price of competitor dealer stores or online dealer websites. Price matching of ESP and maintenance contracts may be limited when financing the purchase of plans.
Zeigler FactoryPlans also reserves the right to verify the price and availability of identical service plans from Ford Protect or Lincoln Protect. Proof of price can be provided via email attachment or the URL address of the online site.
