All sales (including quotes, surcharges and eligibility) are based on the information provided by you and are subject to a review process. Final acceptance will be determined by Ford|Lincoln Protect Extended Service Plans (ESP). At times, certain unknown factors may prevent or alter the service contract sale as originally accepted by our automated system (i.e., warranty restriction, inaccurate vehicle information, programming or software errors, inaccurate pricing updates, etc.).
You will be notified within 3 business days if there is a problem with your Ford|Lincoln Protect ESP application. We will do everything possible to assist you with an accurate quote and product sale.
